We roast coffee on Mondays and Tuesdays and ship Wednesdays with UPS ground or USPS Priority. Local pickup is available on Tuesdays at our Roastery.

Taste notes: We extend the heat and roast time to increase the sweetness and body that will satisfy anyone who appreciates a classic dark (but not too dark) roast. It has dominant flavors of bittersweet chocolate and toasted nuts without being smoky.

For our first ever coffee collaboration, we teamed up with the amazing local organization, Grow Hub. Grow Hub is a non-profit plant nursery in Gainesville, FL supporting the lives of adults living with disabilities.
